Cabin Management- taking pictures and developing website subject to owner’s approval, listing cabin in advertising websites of owner’s choosing, responding to inquires and handling bookings, keeping calendar updated.

Cleaning- walk –thru inspection prior to guest arrival, cleaning cabin and hot tub after each guest day, washing linens, providing initial set-up of kitchen and bathroom supplies, additional laundry or maid services.

Maintenance- providing monthly maintenance services such as bug spraying, changing filters, checking light bulbs, batteries, checking for toilet or sink leaks and clogged drains, minor repairs.

Seasonal Services- deep cleaning, shampooing carpets, washing comforters and other large bed linens, performing linen inventory, decorating and removing decoration, pressure washing.

Additional Services Available- initial cabin set-up, furniture, drapes, décor or linen purchase and replacement, scheduling, attending, reporting status of major repair appointments.

Bookkeeping- managing income and expenses for cabin, balancing monthly checking account, creating and sending monthly profit and loss statement, paying monthly sales/lodging taxes, preparing year end document.

Pigeon River Cabin Management Services is located conveniently in Sevierville, Tennessee, is looking to manage more cabins and chalet rentals in Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Wears Valley and Sevierville Tennessee.
At Pigeon River Cabin Management services, we are our own maintenance personnel and cleaners so that all the units on our rental program are cleaned and maintained to our very high standards.
We also aggressively market all the cabins and chalets we manage on our rental program on at least 3 websites.
We are very selective as to the quality of the units we take onto our cabin rental management program and expect all units to be clean, well maintained and fit other minimum standards our renters have come to expect such as:
Central Air Conditioning and heat, washer, dryer, iron and board
Cable or Satellite TV Service and Telephone service
Keyless Entry, Hot Tub, patio furniture and/or rockers, BBQ grill, and Bear proof container where required
Bedroom must have either King or Queen size beds, bedspread/comforter, mattress pad, pillows, dresser, night stands with lamps and a clock radio
Microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, mixer, toaster, cookware, bake ware, dishes, glassware and silverware
Please note: We only manage log cabins, chalets and A frames with a big preference to log cabins. Rental units must also be within Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Wears Valley, Walden Creek Area, or Sevierville Tennessee.
